                      Creating in a PDF format is too easy to carry, or its too perfect for printing purpose also. But for doing this we need to buy Adobe Professional software or any Third party softwares.

Microsoft Office 2007 launched new add in, it will do the job easily. Just Download this Add-In and install it. After installation you will find “PDF or XPS” link in “Save As” menu. Now you can save your files in PDF.
